Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Aftersales / Warranty Administrator in Dublin 22.
Permanent, full time role
Fully office based
€38,000 - €40,000
Automotive background is required
Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside the Senior Warranty Administrator to process warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer requirements and within specified timelines.

Respond to customer queries by verifying vehicle warranty status.

Maintain detailed records of all submitted claims and track corresponding reimbursements from manufacturers.

Coordinate the return or disposal of parts in accordance with brand guidelines and retention policies.

Regularly review warranty documentation and ensure relevant information is communicated effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare for and support all warranty audit processes.

Provide occasional cover at the service reception desk as needed.

Support the service department with general administrative tasks, including invoicing and other ad hoc duties.
The Person
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role within the motor industry, ideally in a service or warranty-related position.

Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and system updates.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.
-
Highly adaptable with strong administrative capabilities.
-
Experience working with Dealer Management Systems; familiarity with Kerridge CDK is a distinct advantage.
