The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Quality Administrator in Co. Offaly.
Salary up to €35,000
Main duties:
- Ensure daily operations comply with Good Distribution Practice and the latest Health Products Regulatory Authority guidelines across all GDP-related activities.
- Support the business in maintaining an effective Quality Management System in accordance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Develop, update, and manage standard operating procedures as required.
- Oversee documentation control, including filing, archiving, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Conduct GDP documentation training for staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and submission of required documentation.
- Assist in implementing and supporting the internal audit program.
- Communicate professionally across the company to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Undertake additional projects and duties as directed by the Quality Manager.
The Person
Main requirements:
- Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Environment experience preffered
- Previous experience and understanding of GDP desirable
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate with colleagues in a positive way.
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances requiring flexibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Proficient verbal, written, presentation and communication skills in English.
