Qualified Accountant
6 Month Contract with possibility of Permanent role after 6 months.
Salary: Depending on Experience
Immediate start for the right candidate
Kildare based - Hybrid working, 2/3 days from home.
Projects work;
Documenting SOPs for all tasks carried out in the finance department now incorporating new ways of working (post systems implementation)
Preparation for decommissioning of previous financial systems
Governance / policy
Process for ongoing transactions
Reconciliation of current position
BudgetingÂ
Various analysis work that may be required
Upload to IFS
Depreciation calculations
Management recharge calculations
Improvement project initiatives
Month End process
Collating lists for various areas of finance and co-ordinating into one plan
Monthly reporting;
Cashflow forecasting
Monthly management accounts for new site
Capex tracking in relation to new site
