Office Based Role
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis.
Candidates will need to have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in payroll.
This person will be processing a weekly payroll for up to 250 employees using Sage Micropay
An IPASS Qualification would be a distinct advantage
This is a fully office-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of payroll for 240 employees across 14 companies
- Preparing employee contracts
- Calculate employee payments and deductions
- Calculation of tax, PRSI, and USC
- Administration of employee records and updating as required
- Submission of returns to Revenue P30, P35, P45 etc
- Preparing various payroll reports for Group FC and Directors
- Monthly reconciliation of various wage control accounts
- Intrastat returns
The Person
Key Skills:
- Candidate will ideally have a IPASS diploma in payroll management
- A minimum of 3- 5 years payroll experience within a small-medium sized company essential
- Previous experience in the retail sector preferred although not essential
- An ability to work in a very fast paced and ever-changing environment essential
- Eager, hardworking, determined type with a high level of self-drive and initiative
- Strong MS Excel skills essential
- Must have experience of ROS
