The Role

Part Qualified / Qualified Accountant

Athlone, Co Westmeath 

Salary: €50,000 

9 month contract

 

Please see below for some of the key responsibilities relating to the role.

• Produce monthly Management Accounts pack within strict deadline, reporting against prior year and budget
• Completion of all balance sheet reconciliations
• Completion of bank reconciliations
• Provision of financial and system support to all stores as required
• Analysing various monthly reports and communicating results to store managers
• Annual Audit preparation
• Recommend and implement process improvements
• Preparation of vat returns
• Preparation of monthly payroll
• Team player who is willing to provide support to other functions within finance department as required

Hours: 9-5.30 / 8.30-5
