Our client, located in Naas, Co.Kildare is looking to recruit an Office Manager to join their expanding team.
Initial contract role with view to permanency.
Office Management & Administration
- Oversee and complete general administrative duties.
- Coordinate day-to-day office procedures.
- Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Organise meetings and maintain databases.
- Book transport and accommodation for staff as required.
- Ensure health and safety policies are up to date and followed.
- Use a range of software packages to support office functions.
Team Supervision & Support
- Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff within the team.
- Foster a positive, friendly, and productive work environment.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Communication & Liaison
- Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.
- Liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Attend meetings with senior management when required.

Skills & Experience
- We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in office management, demonstrating the ability to run efficient day-to-day operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing administrative processes, coordinating office logistics, and supporting teams across various departments.
