The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Office Manager role in Dublin 8.
Permanent, full time role.
Fully office based
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary up to €42,000
Main duties:
- Manage general correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and receive visitors to the office.
- Coordinate regular staff team meetings, including taking minutes.
- Manage diary and calendar scheduling for committees and board meetings.
- Support the CEO in drafting and collating reports, minutes, and other documentation.
- Organize travel arrangements for the CEO as required.
- Streamline office operations and procedures for efficiency.
- Responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies.
- Support the CEO with governance and regulatory matters, including compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Maintain necessary organizational records and documentation.
- Oversee, report, and sign off on weekly cash counts in the absence of the manager.
- Liaise with external contractors, securing quotations, scheduling work, and serving as the point of contact for contractors on-site.
- Work closely with the office manager and CEO regarding operations and any issues or changes to terms.
- Manage administrative tasks related to fundraising efforts.
- Ensure all activities are within budgets approved by the board and in consultation with the CEO.
- Manage administration and access to SharePoint folders for staff.
The Person
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an office management role or similar capacity.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong persistence to see projects through to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
