The Role

HR Business Partner - 12 - 15 month fixed term contract
Hybrid - 1 day work from home
Salary : €60,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
General:
Key member of the HR team, supporting delivery of the HR purpose to add value and drive business performance by providing expert people solutions.
Performance Management:
Investigations, Disciplinary Process, Grievance Management
• Advise on a wide range of employment relations issues, including but not limited to, sickness absence, and performance management.
• Conduct and advise on investigations including grievance and disciplinaries.
• Responsible for conducting and advising on fair, thorough and timely investigations into allegations contrary to our Group HR policies and/or relevant employment law legislation.
• Ensure that the investigation/complaint process and disciplinary proceedings are handled in a fair, thorough, and timely manner up to and including appropriate investigation documentation and recommendations.
• Support both the investigating manager and support representative/consultant on the investigation processes and advise on and support disciplinary processes.
• Advise on and help to resolve other workplace concerns such as grievance and bullying and harassment claims to determine the appropriate approach.
• Respond to HR queries and provide HR support in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Appraisals & Performance Management Systems
• Support PIP process (informal and formal)
• Design and deliver annual appraisal process.
‘Managing People’ training
Legal Compliance:
Best Practice HR policies and procedures, Handbook and HR Audits
 Design and develop policies and procedures and advise and amend policies based on changes in employment law.
 Review and update policies on an annual basis and/or as employment laws change.
 Update Handbook on an annual basis and if material differences ensure that addendum is issued and reflected in policy.
 HR Audits, ensure audits are completed by auditor for each company/ employment agency on an agreed calendar basis and that minimum standards are maintained by ensuring relevant parties are communicated with regularly. Manage auditor relationship.
