The Role

HR Administrator 

12 month temporary role

Maynooth, Co. Kildare

1 day working from home 

Salary: €35,000 DOE

 

Responsibilities

  • Providing support for all immigration, travel and mobility needs on behalf of the business managing various case related duties across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Be fluent with case management and other reporting tools and technologies used to manage data and information including KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Be solutions focused to deal with day- to-day mobility, travel and immigration issues as they arise. Recommend solutions and process improvement to within the function.
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and guidance while being accountable for your individual results and their impact on the wider team.
  • Work with leadership team to progress cases, troubleshooting issues and establishing case strategy
  • Analyse case documents and provide support in the submission of immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
  • Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
  • Communicate regularly with employees, stakeholders, and international assignees across multiple jurisdictions regarding procedural and case processing, travel and mobility issues.
  • Review and progress immigration billing in conjunction with HR Specialist
  • Prioritize and assign cases, monitor workload and production.
  • Manage reports and KPI’s as needed and communicate with Stakeholders
  • Work closely in team environment and provide updates while building knowledge of Company and associated processes.
  • Assist and support on 3rd Party outsourced payroll process (6 cycles per year)
  • Full 360 HR Administration Support, Contracts, employee files, HRIS System administration
  • Key personnel in the delivery of New Hire HR induction Training in conjunction with HR Generalist and HR Business Partner
  • Key personnel in the delivery of company recruitment strategy inclusive of hiring, onboarding
  • Employee Engagement – Support wider team on all employee queries.
  • HR Project Management – Key personnel supporting all project management initiatives, employee engagement, wellbeing, corporate policy change.
  • Compliance Support – Ensure full compliance process is applied to all HR activities.

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree and or legal Certification
  • HR Administration and employee mobility experience
  • A client focused and project mindset combined with a high level of attention to detail and desire to achieve is required in this role
  • Full MS Office experience with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate case issues to supervisor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to contribute to positive work environment, effectively collaborate and promote teamwork
