The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Customer Service Administrator in Dublin 24.

This is a permanent, full time role. 

Fully office based opportunity 

Salary up to €40,000 

Main duties: 

 

  • Process customer orders and acknowledge receipt, including providing delivery lead times and notifying customers of any shortages.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional responses to all customer inquiries related to orders.
  • Manage and coordinate customer purchase orders (POs).
  • Handle goods receipt processes.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
  • Oversee stock management and perform reviews using the company’s bar scanning system.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for suppliers and customers.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and colleagues across the business.
  • Address and resolve customer and order-related issues by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with customer service level agreements.
  • Manage email accounts related to the order and sales process.
  • Prepare and complete import documentation, including regulatory notifications.
  • Report weekly and monthly data and updates to the team as required by management.
  • Ensure administration processes are well-documented and efficient.
  • Participate in various projects and group meetings as needed.
  • Maintain a professional company image in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

 

 

The Person

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service / office administrator position.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical / Medical Device sector / FMCG Sector required / Supply Chain.
• Demonstrate high level proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English (Verbal and Written), presentation and communication skills in English
• ERP experience required – Sage a distinct advantage.
• Proven organisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Good analytical skills and ability with strong attention to detail
