The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Customer Service Administrator.

Fully office based

Salary up to €36,000 depending on experience.

 

Main Duties:

  • Liaise between customers, the sales team, and the purchasing department.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their orders.
  • Support and maintain industry-leading service levels.

The Person

  • Exceptional organizational and efficiency skills.
  • Strong determination to satisfy and support customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
