Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Customer Relations Administrator in Dublin 12.
Permanent full time role
Monday - Friday 9am -5pm
one day from home after initial training
The right candidate will have extensive experience in dealing with customer complaints
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for all incoming customer communications via phone, email, and post.

Log customer queries promptly and accurately, ensuring appropriate coding in line with current reporting standards.

Handle customer and Dealer queries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Take full ownership of customer concerns and issues, resolving them with professionalism and care.

Maintain effective communication between internal departments, customers, and the Dealer Network.

Provide monthly KPI updates to relevant stakeholders.

Support the Customer Relations Manager with regular and ad-hoc reporting.

Offer general administrative support to team members as required.
The Person

Proven experience in a customer-facing role is essential.

A strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both customers and the Dealer Network.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, even in challenging situations.

Confident in handling sensitive or negative issues with empathy and professionalism.

Positive, proactive, and resilient, with a strong "can-do" attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is a distinct advantage.

Previous experience in the motor industry is a plus, though not essential.
