Accounts Receivable Administrator (Fixed Term with Potential to Go Permanent)
Location: Ballymount, Dublin 12
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to support our operations and grow with the company in a full-time, fixed-term role that has the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide administrative support to the finance team.
● Manage and maintain office systems, filing, and databases.
● Handle incoming inquiries, both over the phone and by email, in a professional and
timely manner.
● Process paperwork, reports, and documents accurately and efficiently.
● Assist in preparing reports, and other materials as required.
● Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
The Person
Key Skills and Experience:
● Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
