The Role
Accounts Assistant - Ashbourne, Co Meath
Permanent - Fully Office based
We are looking for an experienced Accounts administrator. You will play an integral role in the day to day finance department and assist the finance manager with accounting duties.
Duties include, but not limited to :
• Assisting Financial Controller with information needed when producing accounts to Trial Balance
• Maintenance of the Debtors including credit control
• Maintenance of the Creditors including posting of purchase invoices and managing payment runs
• Maintaining the bank postings and preparing monthly bank reconciliations
• Visa and expense reconciliation
• Dealing with customer queries in connection with their account
The Person
To succeed you will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience as an accounts assistant. You will have had experience in a busy finance team and work well under pressure. You will have great attention to detail and be a team player. You will also have good accounting software experience (Intact an advantage) and be proficient in Excel.
