The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Senior Partnerships and Engagement Manager.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across government-funded and private sector organisations.
- Identify, develop, and manage B2B commercial opportunities to drive growth.
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, fostering long-term collaborations.
- Contribute to bid strategies and responses to secure new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Produce high-quality reports and updates for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies that align with business objectives.
- Contribute to senior leadership discussions and decision-making processes.
- Ensure flexibility to meet business needs, including travel and occasional overnight stays.
- Take responsibility for personal professional development, undertaking relevant training.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including data protection, health & safety, and quality standards.
- Undertake additional duties as required, aligned with the overall business strategy.
The Person
Qualifications & Experience
- Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in both private and public sector organisations is desirable.
- Strong track record in developing long-term, senior-level relationships with external organisations.
- Demonstrable success in business development and commercial growth.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing high-value partnerships.
- Comfortable networking, public speaking, and delivering impactful business presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and experience with CRM, management information systems, or other business tools.
- Full clean driving licence required.
