The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time role in Dublin 12.
The role is fully office based.
Salary €35,000 - €38,000
Main duties:
• Managing and processing responses to queries and enquiries from customers
• Reviewing and verifying all Sales Orders and deals coming through the system
• Managing and processing responses to queries on stock to be distributed directly or to the Sales team
• Monthly Invoicing and Sales Analysis
• Working with our Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Processing registrations with Revenue
• Regular communications with other Departments and Commercial Finance ensuring the process runs effectively
• Working with the Sales team to get tasks completed and ensure smooth and efficient running of the department.
The Person
• Proven success working in a customer service / sales administration role for at least 2 years
• Proficiency with office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Knowledge of DMS - Kerridge / Keyloop would be an advantage
• Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
• Enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and can work to deadlines
• Knowledge and experience of working in the motor trade would be of benefit
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• You will need to be adaptable and flexible to work in an ever changing market
