The Role

Accounts Administrator

Bluebell, Dublin 12 - Permanent

Salary: €40,000

Office Based Role

 

My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis.

Candidates will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

A good working knowledge of Excel will be required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuing Sales Invoices / statements and liaising with customers
  • Entering purchase invoices and doing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Responsible for payment runs and liaising with suppliers
  • Administrative duties / Job Pricing
  • Liaising with clients & sub-contractors on checklists and queries.
  • Working closely with the Irish & UK Transport departments

The Person

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and enjoy working in a busy environment
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of road network within Ireland and UK would be beneficial
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
