The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Administration role in South Co. Kildare.

The role is fully office based

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm 

Salary up to €37,000 DOE 

Main duties: 

• Inventory movements, reconciliation and management
• Be a point of contact for numerous departments
• Weekly reports and analysis
• Improve processes and ensure data integrity is maintained
• Provide support to the Financial Controller and produce ad-hoc reports

 

The Person

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar environment
• Be a good communicator
• Self-motivated and high level attention to detail
• Strong Excel experience an advantage
• The company uses Netsuite throughout the group and while experience would be preferred it is not necessary.
• The role is office based.
