The Role

Leinster Appointments is recruiting for a General Manager on behalf of a hugely successful client in the Signage and Graphics industry.

This is a permanent, full time role. 

Fully office based

Salary up to €60,000 plus company car. 

Early Friday finish.

Main duties:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring jobs called in are handled efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients, discuss potential solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the production and project management teams to keep the production schedule running smoothly.
  • Manage a team of staff, addressing any HR related issues related to absenteeism, annual leave, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and documentation.
  • Must have industry experience and previous management experience.
  • Occasionally visit client sites for measurements and solutions (no frequent travel required).

The Person

  • Industry experience is a must have.
  • Experience with managing teams is required
