The Role
Leinster Appointments is recruiting for a General Manager on behalf of a hugely successful client in the Signage and Graphics industry.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Fully office based
Salary up to €60,000 plus company car.
Early Friday finish.
Main duties:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring jobs called in are handled efficiently.
- Communicate with clients, discuss potential solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the production and project management teams to keep the production schedule running smoothly.
- Manage a team of staff, addressing any HR related issues related to absenteeism, annual leave, etc.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and documentation.
- Must have industry experience and previous management experience.
- Occasionally visit client sites for measurements and solutions (no frequent travel required).
The Person
- Industry experience is a must have.
- Experience with managing teams is required
