Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Naas, Co Kildare
Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start their career in recruitment, gain valuable experience, and develop their professional skills. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Proactively source and engage with potential candidates via job boards, social media, and networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, recruitment fairs).
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Build a strong network of potential candidates for future roles.
- Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ hiring needs, company culture, and job specifications.
- Provide consultative advice on recruitment processes and market trends.
- Job Posting & Advertising:
- Write and post job advertisements on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Ensure job ads are optimised to attract the right talent.
- Managing the Recruitment Process:
- Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle from initial candidate search to successful placement.
- Arrange candidate interviews with clients, provide feedback, and manage offers and negotiations.
- Follow up on the post-placement process, ensuring both candidate and client satisfaction.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching target clients and industries.
- Administration:
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using database
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and placements.

The Person
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline).
- Experience: No prior experience required, but internships or part-time work in recruitment, HR, or sales are advantageous.

Salary: Competitive base salary + commission
