The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator / Receptionist in Dublin 22.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Fully office based
8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Main duties:
- Promptly and professionally meeting and greeting all service customers
- Handling customer check-ins and communications throughout the process
- Determining workshop availability for service, maintenance, and repair work
- Ensuring vehicles are ready at the committed time and clearly explaining the completed work
- Performing all relevant administration tasks related to the service and maintenance process, including system input, invoicing, and daily management of work-in-progress
- Liaising with other teams within the business, including management, sales, warranty, and parts
- Assisting in gathering customer service feedback and ensuring processes consistently meet ISO standards.
The Person
• Full, valid, current driving licence for driving in Ireland
• A keen interest in the automotive industry and a general understanding of vehicles and terminology.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the motor industry in a dealership, preferably in a HGV or CVRT environment
• Excellent and demonstrable front line customer service and administrative skills and experience
• Good attention to detail for recording all relevant details in documentation and systems.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
