HR Generalist
12 month FTC
Full Time
Hybrid working - 3 days on site
Salary: €45,000 - €50,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems and processes.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee documentation, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver training programs to support employee development and organizational growth.
- HR Projects: Participate in and lead various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
The Person
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, 3-5 years experience.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
