The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time assistant training manager in Co. Kildare.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Salary up to €50,000
Hybrid - 1/2 days per week in the office
Main duties:
- Assist in creating and developing online course materials, including instructional content, multimedia elements, and assessments.
- Work with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure course content is accurate, relevant, and effective.
- Oversee the delivery of online programs, managing scheduling, enrolment processes, and final assessments.
- Track learner progress and performance, providing support to maximize learning outcomes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback from learners and stakeholders to identify improvement areas.
- Enhance the training lifecycle by following company Quality Assurance policies and implementing best practices for quality and efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in online learning, integrating new methodologies and tools into training programs as needed.
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.
- Experience in project management, operations management and/or coordination/management of training activities.
- People management experience required.
